Valley Yorkshires is located in an area of Southeast Minnesota known as Bear Valley, south of Lake City. We are a family-owned and operated show pig and breeding stock operation. While our main focus is Yorkshires we also raise a few crossbred animals.

The Loppnow family started raising commercial feeder pigs in 1993. In 2007 we switched over to raising Show Pigs as the “LO” part of BOLO Show Pigs. BOLO was blessed with a lot of success in the show ring, as well as having the opportunity to see many others succeed with animals purchased from us. In the fall of 2014, the decision was made to split BOLO. The Loppnow’s portion of the herd has become Valley Yorkshires and we will continue to do what we have always loved doing and that’s raising quality livestock with integrity.

Through the years as we have traveled to local and national shows, we have made many friends and had loads of laughs and good times. We thank God for blessing us with friendships and success.
